How these are calculated
Jobs come from the FY25-26 and FY26-27 Completed Jobs projects in Asana, counted in the month they were marked complete. A job counts as design work when the Designer field is filled in; everything else is a CMC production order.
Turnaround is calendar days from the job's Request Date (or the date it was created in Asana, when no request date was entered) to completion. The median is the headline figure because a handful of long-lead jobs, like mailings requested months ahead, pull the average up. On-time means completed on or before the due date.
Marketing impact joins the Data Studio exports to Asana by marketing job number. Variants like MD2054a and MD2054l roll up to their base job (MD2054), and paid social job numbers are read from asset file names. Revenue combines email item revenue, banner ad revenue, and print revenue; clicks combine email, paid social, and banner clicks. "Not found" means the job number doesn't match a job in the FY25-26 or FY26-27 Completed Jobs projects, usually because the assets were made in an earlier year or the job is still open.
